Refund Policy

Bharat Jagriti Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization. All contributions and donations made to the Foundation are voluntary and are used to support our social welfare initiatives.

1. No Return Policy

As Bharat Jagriti Foundation does not sell physical products, there is no return policy applicable for transactions made through our website.

2. Donation Refund Policy

Donations once made are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error
• If an incorrect amount is debited unintentionally
• If there is a verified issue with the payment gateway

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Full Name
• Transaction ID / Reference Number
• Date of Transaction
• Amount Donated
• Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Discretion

Bharat Jagriti Foundation reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal review and verification.
